13. Accumulated Fund

Established by the resolutions of the 36 Annual General meeting and March 26, 2002 of the association to

use when necessary.

14. Working Fund
Working fund is set up according to the resolution of the Board to be used for purchasing consumable
material, hiring or servicing, etc. The amount of fund that has been spent will be recompensed to full amount of

1,000,000.00 Baht.

15. Reserve for New Premises of the Association

Established by the resolution of the 1 /2012 Extraordinary General Meeting and June 25, 2013 to set up

reserve for new premises of the association for an amount of 100.00 million Bath by allocated the remaining
budget of 2012-2013 amounting 20.00 million Baht and budget of 2013-2014 amounting 20.00 million Baht totaling
40 million Baht.

16. Reserve of Contingency

Established by the resolutions of the 1 /2012 Extraordinary General Meeting an June 25, 2013 to collect a re-
serve for contingency at 2% of the total budget. This is a part of membership free under section 9.3 amounting
2,369,600.00 Baht for the budget of 2013-2014.

17. Approval of Financial Statements

This financial statement was approved and allowed to be published by the Executive Board on February 11,
2014.
