Mission

Mission 1: To promote a positive image of the insurance industry, recognized internationally, with

social and environmental responsibility.
1.1 Raise awareness of the necessity of insurance.
1.2 Drive ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) initiatives within the Thai general insurance industry.

Mission 2: Enhance confidence and trust in the professional risk management role for both the

public and private sectors.
2.1 Support the creation of a centralized data hub and the effective utilization of insurance data to maximize
benefits for society and the public.
2.2 Support self-regulation within the industry and move advance towards liberalization in certain dimensions.
2.3 Advocate for government measures to promote and support insurance across all sectors and dimensions
to facilitate risk management and reduce the government’s burden.

Mission 3: To develop the capabilities of insurance industry professionals to be governance-oriented

experts.
3.1 Encourage the talent recruitment into the general insurance industry and develop personnel to strive
for excellence.
