Modernization of TGIA
Thai General Insurance Association is an organization devoted to the integration of
advanced technologies and modernized processes to enhance internal operational
efficiency and to respond proficiently to evolving trends in the general insurance
industry. Its initiatives are directed by a robust framework and strategic guidelines,
encompassing the following objectives:
Development of Human Resources in the General Insurance
Industry
• Enhancing the skills of professionals in the general insurance sector to become
highly skilled professionals, upholding ethical standards.
• Encouraging the professional workforce to enter the general insurance industry and
fostering skill development for excellence.
Development of TGIA’s Workforce
• Transforming the TGIA’s workforce into a “Modern & Smart Organization” by
developing proactive processes across all tasks to drive efficient organizational
progress.
