            5.  Attended CEO Insurance Forum 2023


                Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association, attended the opening ceremony of the
            CEO Insurance Forum 2023 under the theme of “Navigating Resiliency and Sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities for the
            Thai Insurance Industry” organized by the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC) to serve as a platform for communication
            between executives of the Office of the Insurance Commission and executives of the insurance business sector on the policy of
            developing the Thai insurance system, expressing their opinions, exchanging knowledge and experiences of those involved, with
            Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Finance, as the chairman of the opening ceremony and giving a special speech on
            July 19, 2023 at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok.

            6. The Thai General Insurance Association meets with Thaicom to follow up on the results of the satellite’s
            assessment of crop insurance damage.


                Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association and Chairman of the Agricultural Insurance
            Fund Committee, Thai General Insurance Association, held a meeting with Thaicom Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Patompop
            Suwansiri, Chief Executive Officer, to receive the results of the project to develop guidelines for the use of Scientific and Technology
            Solution for Agricultural Insurance, which is a joint project between the Thai General Insurance Association and Thaicom Public
            Company Limited in the application of satellite technology to develop an assessment method for crop insurance damage, using
            scientific and technological models to elevate the agricultural sector of Thailand and to promote the use of technology to develop
            the country under government policy. The first phase has been implemented in the specified areas designated as Innovation and
            Information Areas (Sandbox Areas) 6 provinces, namely Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
            Roi Et, and Sukhothai, totaling 3 million rai. The project received support from the Plant Insurance Fund of the Thai General
            Insurance Association on September 7, 2023, at the meeting room of the Thai General Insurance Association.


            7. Congratulating the insurance company that received the Prime Minister’s Insurance Awards in 2023.


                Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association and the association’s executive committee,
            congratulated the insurance companies that received the Outstanding Complete Insurance Award in 2023 at the “Prime Minister’s
            Insurance Awards 2023” organized by the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC), with Mr. Kritsada Jinavijarana, Deputy
            Minister of Finance, as the chairman of the award presentation ceremony, on September 8, 2023 at the Phoenix Meeting Room,
            Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.


            8. Swiss Re Asia’s Building a Sustainable Future Together seminar


                Dr. Somporn Suebthawilkul, President of the Thai General Insurance Association, shared his views in a panel discussion
            titled “Shaping a sustainable future for Thailand Insurance Industry: Challenges and New Business Opportunities”, together with
            Mr. Chuchatr Pramoolpol, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), Mr. Artak Melkonyan, Senior
            Advisor an Equity Financing and Funds, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Mr. Victor Kuk, CEO SRAL &
            Head Reinsurance SID, Swiss Re Asia. The discussion was an exchange of views on the importance of the conference and the
            importance of driving sustainability policies in the context of various agencies at the macro level, regulatory agencies, and the
            insurance business sector. Moreover, the seminar exchanged views on opportunities and challenges for the insurance business
            sector, which plays a key role as a professional risk manager, stability, and sustainable growth. The activities during the seminar
            are part of the seminar “Building a Sustainable Future Together” organized by Swiss Re Asia on September 19, 2023, at the
            Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.
