8. Valuation Clause – The shipment insured hereunder are to be valued, premium included at
the amount of invoice including all charges included in the invoice and including prepaid and/or
guaranteed freight, plus 10% unless declared to the Insurer prior to shipment and prior to any
known or reported loss and then at the amount declared.

9. Limit of Liability Clause – The Insurer’s Liability under this policy shall not exceed the
following limits in any one casualty or less

- Shipment by steamer and connecting land conveyance: .......................................... anyone per bottom.

- Shipment by Airplane and/or Railroad and/or Truck not in conjunction with ocean voyage:
............................................. anyone per bottom.

- Shipment by Parcel Post : ........................................ anyone parcel post sending

11. On deck shipments – (which must be so declared to this company at time of reporting risks)
are insured warranted free of particular average unless caused by the vessel being stranded,
sunk burnt, on fire, or in collision, but including risk of jettison and washing overboard.

12. War Risks Clause – The goods covered hereunder are insured against War Risks, Strikes,
riots & Civil Commotion as per clauses attached hereto at Insurer’s current rates.

13 This open Policy is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Insurers standard printed
policy form attached, and where applicable the following attached special clauses:

14. It is further agreed that the conditions contained in the written portion of the policy shall
override anything that may be at variance with or contradictory thereto in the printed portion of
the Policy to which it is attached.
