1. Views on the Draft of OIC Notification on Reinsurance
The General Insurance Association has gathered views of the member companies and met with the Office
of Insurance Commission to propose views on the draft of the OIC Notification on Reinsurance. The committee is
also in the process of drafting a standard reinsurance report form for use by the member companies.

2. Publishing the 2 Edition of the Good Corporate Governance.

The General Insurance Association published 500 volumes of the 2 edition of the Good Corporate
Governance which has both English and Thai language contents to be used as a guideline by member
companies.

3. The Updating of Information in E-Law Library
In order to facilitate the users who are member companies and the general public, the General Insurance
Association has hired programmer to develop and update the information in E-Law library.

4. Meetings and Seminars
4.1 A Meeting on Anti-Money Laundering Guideline
A meeting on Anti-Money Laundering Guideline was organized on September 28, 2011 at the Renaissance

Hotel, Rajprasong. The speaker was Dr. Yada Kasayapanant, an advisor to the Anti-Money Laundering Office
(AMLO) and the drafter of the guideline.
