Organized a get-together party between public relations personnel and members of the press for 2011-
2012 under the theme “You & Me: To Be…Together” on July 22, 2011 at the Spoon Relaxing Restaurant,
Ratchadapisek.

14. Meetings, Training and Seminars
14.1 A Workshop on “Directions for Information Technology Security”
The Insurance IT Club organized a workshop on “Directions for Information Technology Security” on April
26, 2011 at the Swissotel Le Concorde Hotel to provide knowledge on information technology security to staff of
member companies.

14.2 A Seminar on “Diversity Management: Generation Differences…”
The Human Resource Insurance Club organized a seminar on “Diversity Management: Generation
Differences - How to Attract and Retain Talent in the Generation Challenge Environment” on August 19, 2011 at
the Plaza Athenee Hotel, Bangkok.
14.3 A Seminar on “Adjusting Strategy Based on Challenges in Social Media”
The Young Insurer Club (Y.I.C.) organized a seminar on “Adjusting Strategy Based on the Challenges in
Social Media” to enable the insurance personnel to keep abreast of new changes in marketing in the present
world through social media at by Dr. Pisek Chainiran, a lecturer at the Khon Kaen University on August 26, 2011
at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Hotel.
14.4 A Workshop on “Social Media: The Modern Media for New Era of Public Relations”
The Insurance PR Club organized a workshop on “Social Media: The Modern Media for New Era of Public
Relations” to members who are staff of member companies and members of the press to gain new knowledge on
the social media on September 15, 2011 at the The Connecion EduCuisine, Ratchadapisek-Lad Prao. The

speaker was Mr. Cheeptham Khamviset, an expert in social media.
14.5 A Seminar on “Law for Supervisors”
The HR Insurance Club organized a seminar on “Law for Supervisors” on October 6, 2011 at the Holiday
Inn Hotel, Silom to provide knowledge on labor related laws or new laws that the supervisors should know,
especially for drafting employment contract. The speaker was Mr. Supachai Manasphaiboon.

The Young Insurer Club (Y.I.C.) organized a seminar on “Creativity Tools for “Out-of-the-Box” Thinking”
between February 3-4, 2012 at the Cape Racha Hotel, Cholburi. The speaker was Mr. Natawut Nispakultorn, the
