               1. The 17  Insurance Management Development Program (IMDP)”
                       The Committee and the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University jointly
               organized the 17  Insurance Management Development Program whose curriculum was based on the Mini MBA
                             th
               course but adjusted to suit general insurance business. The training was held from September 5, 2011 to January
               29, 2012, totaling 162 hours. The training is offered on every Monday and Wednesday from 17.30-20.30 hours
               and Saturday between 9.00-16.00 hours at the General Insurance Association.

               2. The 21  ISJ Advance Course Scholarship
                     The General Insurance Association of Japan has granted 2 scholarships to insurance company employees
               to attend the 21  ISJ Advance Course. The General Insurance Association has conducted a test to screen the

               personnel from member companies to obtain to attend the training course entitled “Non-Life Insurance and Risk
               Management”, between October 29-November 12, 2011 in Tokyo, Japan. The individuals who were selected are:
                              1. Mr. Possawee Juenjeerasit     MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

                              2. Ms. Kanjanat Wongmek     Bangkok Insurance Public Co., Ltd.


               3. “Benefit Survey for Non-Life Insurance 2011 Project”
                     Insurance Business Personnel Management Club organized a project “Benefit Survey for Non-Life
               Insurance 2011” to conduct a survey on welfare and benefit of insurance business group, including an overview

               of various economic forecast and indicators which will be useful for personnel planning. The Club has selected
               the Hay Group Limited which is a consulting company, specializing in corporate human resources management
               and tools used in international level management to conduct this project. A number of 49 member companies
               participated in the project. The participating companies will receive a report on the results of the survey to be
               used in the planning of the company.
