7. Setting up Exhibition and Public Relations Booth

                     7.1 The 3  Insurance Week
                     Joined the exhibition at the 3  Insurance Week organized by the Office of Insurance Commission between
                                             rd
               September 2-4, 2011 at the Challenger Hall 2-3, the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani under the concept “Insurance
                                                            th
               Under the Royal Augustness” to commemorate the 84  birthday of H.M. the King. The event exhibited the tasks
               and statements related to insurance, made by H. M. the King. Part of the event also feature a section where

               participants pray for the good health of H.M. the King and the “Million Hearts Determined to Obey Traffic Rules for
               the King”. The participants were also invited to write their determination to do good things for the King and to
               obey traffic rules for the King. The exhibition booth of the General Insurance Association also won the 1 prize in

                     7.2 The 12  Youth for Safety Club Day

                     The 12  Youth for Safety Club Day Activities were organized by the Public Catastrophe Prevention and
                           th
               Mitigation Department on August 12, 2011 at the Dusit Zoo to conduct a public relations campaign and
               disseminate accomplishments on public catastrophe prevention and mitigation activities. The event was also an

               effort to create public awareness on public safety and to commemorate the birthday of H. M. the Queen.
                     7.3 Rehabilitation of Businesses, Affected by Flood Activities
                     Set up an exhibition booth conduct public relations and provide consultation on insurance to business
               operators, affected by the flood between December 1-2, 2011 at the Training Center of the Business
               Development Department, the Ministry of Commerce. The event was organized by the Business Development
               Department in order to assist the business operators, affected by the flood in management and improvement of
               their operations after the crisis and to provide income earning careers to the people who were affected by the
               flood.
                     7.4 The 2  Thailand Smart Money Exhibition

                     Joined the 2  Thailand Smart Money Exhibition by setting up exhibition booth to provide insurance

               information to the participants of the event organized between December 16-18, 2011 at the Plenary Hall, Queen
               Sirikit National Convention Center.
