4.2 A Panel Discussion on “Alternative Funding Source To Fight Flood Crisis”
The General Insurance Association joined the Securities and Exchange Commission to organize a pane
discussion on “Alternative Funding Source To Fight Flood Crisis” on November 30, 2011 at the Office of the
Securities and Exchange Commission to analyze and exchange views on the situation faced by the business
operators after the flood. The speakers were from agencies whose roles are to support the operators, financial
experts and corporate executives.

4.3 A Seminar on FIT & PROPER
A seminar on “Fit and Proper” was organized on December 7, 2011 at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit to
promote personnel of non-life insurance companies to conduct business operation efficiency, transparency and
can be audited in order to instigate confidence of the insured and all stakeholders.

4.4 A Seminar on “Class Action Act”
Joined the Legal and Compliance Assembly 2011-2013 to organize a seminar on “Class Action” on
December 21, 2011 at the AETAS Lumpini Hotel to disseminate knowledge and understanding on class action.
