Plans and Activities Implemented Responsible Person

• Study the laws applicable to the supervision of the financial position of insurance Accounting-Finance and Investment Committee
companies related to TFRS 17 and identify issues that may have an impact after the
implementation of TFRS 17
• Explore the problems, obstacles, and knowledge points needed about TFRS 9
• Organize a training session on “Financial Reporting Standard No. 9: Financial Instruments”
(TFRS 9)

• Organize a workshop on the course “Build a successful brand with TikTok like a pro” Insurance Public Relations Club

• Organize the examination of general insurance agents in the central and regional areas Broker Development and General Operations Division
• Organize training and knowledge examinations to apply for a broker’s license

3.2 Modernization of TGIA (Internal) Transforming the “Association” into a “Modern & Smart Organization” by developing
both personnel and proactive working process

4.1 Support the establishment of a data center and the use of insurance data to maximize the benefits to society and
the public

• Prepare Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) data Legal and Regulatory Committee

• Establish the average price of small and large cars Motor Insurance Committee
• Establish a central database of car repair prices and spare parts quality certification

• Participate as a speaker in a seminar to share knowledge with the media on the financial Accounting-Finance and Investment Committee
reporting standards of the Accounting-Finance and Investment Committee, Issue 17
on Insurance Contracts (TFRS 17), and tax issues

4.2 Support the concept and promote self-care among the business sector and the move towards liberalization in some
dimensions

• Consideration of Special Clauses for File and Use as per Registrar’s Document Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee
