Mission 2: Enhance the confidence and trust in the performance of professional risk management in the public and
private sectors

2.1 Promote the establishment of a data center and the use of insurance data to maximize the benefits to society and
the public

• Develop a project to link data to verify the compulsory car insurance in collaboration Motor Insurance Committee
with the Department of Land Transport

2.2 Support the concept and promote self-regulation of the business sector and the move towards liberalization in certain
dimensions

• Organize a project to develop the potential of accident surveyors and car claim reviewers Motor Insurance Committee
• Organize activities to prevent and suppress car theft and insurance fraud

2.3 Promote the government sector to have various measures to promote and support the purchase of non-life insurance at
all levels and in all dimensions to help manage risks and ease the government’s burden

• Establish a crop insurance project for the 2023 production year Thai General Insurance Association

Mission 3: Develop the potential of personnel in the insurance business to become professionals who adhere to the
principles of good governance

3.1 Promote personnel to enter the non-life insurance business system and develop personnel to achieve excellence

• Attend a meeting with the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC) to set criteria for Legal and Regulatory Committee
issuing an announcement on criteria for managing information on insurance fraud by
insurance agents and brokers
• Attend a meeting with the Office of the Insurance Commission regarding guidelines for
supervising insured information
• Organize a summary of the main points of the draft Marine Insurance Act B.E... Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee
• Organize a seminar on “Basic knowledge of shipowner’s liability insurance (Protection
and Indemnity Insurance, P&I Club)”

• Organize a seminar on “Basic Principles of Business Interruption” Property Insurance Committee
• Organize an explanation of “Documents attached to the insurance policy, Business
Interruption, Form RorKor.1.17-1.22 and Form RorKor.1.24
• Organize a seminar on “Solar Energy”
• Organize a seminar on “Inflation, How Does Insurance Capital Affect Claims Management
(Property Insurance)”
• Organize a seminar on “Solar Energy for Insurance”
