 27.  Results of the training to apply for a non-life insurance broker license and organizing knowledge examination   Operations in Alignment with the Mission of
 of non-life insurance to apply for a non-life insurance broker license in 2023  the Thai General Insurance Association in 2023


 The Thai General Insurance Association has been approved by the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC) to be the
 organization that organizes training courses to apply for a license to be a general insurance broker, along with organizing
 knowledge examinations about general insurance to apply for a license to be a general insurance broker in 2023. The results of   Plans and Activities Implemented  Responsible Person
 the training and examination are as follows:
 1. There were a total of 8 training sessions to obtain a non-life insurance broker license, with a total of 282 applicants.   Mission 1: Promote the insurance business to have a good image that is internationally accepted and has a responsibility
               towards society and the environment
 2. The knowledge examination about non-life insurance to apply for a non-life insurance broker’s license had a total of
 339 applicants. The details of the knowledge examination statistics are as follows:  1.1 Create awareness of the necessity of insurance

                 insurance and distribute them via the internet and social media (Infographic production
                 to provide knowledge about non-life insurance, E-books, insurance journals, video clips
                 distributed via various channels, including the Association’s website, LINE, Facebook,
                 and Youtube)
               • Participate in activities with the OIC in the OIC for Community project
               • Participate in activities with the OIC in the road safety campaign during Songkran and
                 New Year Festival
               • Participate in the OIC booth at the “Thailand Insurtech Fair 2023” at the Impact Muang
                 Thong Thani Exhibition and Convention Center
               • Participate in activities in the OIC for the Disabled Project Year 2, launching the short
                 documentary The Postcard of Inspiration Sending concern to the disabled to have equal
                 access to the insurance system
               • Attend the press conference to launch the “Proactive campaign project in pilot areas to
                 promote sustainable compulsory insurance” and join the opening of the “OIC ignites bikers,
                 providing care with compulsory insurance” activity

               • Visit the world’s leading intralogistics trade fair under the name “LogiMAT I Intelligent   Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee
                 Warehouse 2023”

               • Create an infographic to educate the public on how to claim compensation for fire insurance   Property Insurance Committee
                 policies for homes

               • Create public relations media to disseminate knowledge related to accident and health   Accident and Health Insurance Committee
                 insurance through online channels on the Facebook Fan Page of the Thai General
                 Insurance Association and the Accident Health Insurance Club of the Accident and
                 Health Insurance Club

               • Create public relations media related to electric vehicle (BEV) insurance and related to   Motor Insurance Committee
                 car insurance
               1.2 Drive ESG in Thai General Insurance Business (Environment, Social and Governance)

               • Create an Infographic “ESG with Marine Insurance and Logistics”  Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee
               • Create a press release to support and exchange ideas on providing logistics services
                 with clean energy of Thailand Post
               • Organize a lecture on “The Impact of Trading in the Amount of Greenhouse Gas (Carbon
                 Credits) on the Transport and Logistics Sector”

               • Prepare (draft) a guideline on the application of ESG in various dimensions and   Insurance Business and Academic Development
                 sustainability risk management (ESG) for the non-life insurance business.  Committee
