6. Preparation of Insurance Assessor Profile
The Claim Club has completed the compilation and update the profile on insurance assessors who registered
with the Office of Insurance Commission. The purpose is to facilitate the use of such information by member

companies by posting the data on the association’s website.

7. Revision the property insurance and business interruption insurance standard policies
The Committee has started a project to review of property insurance and business interruption insurance
standard policies by setting up a working group that comprises representatives from member companies. The
project has started since July 14, 2011.

8. Preparing the Endorsement on Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause
The Committee has prepared the endorsement on sanction limitation and exclusion clause as international

insurance market has implemented sanction measure and international reinsurance companies are applying such
clause by requiring Thai insurance companies to attach such condition with all types of insurance policies in order
to prevent a denial of insurance application or claim payment. The document is being considered by the Insurance
Commissioner.

9. Improving Or Khor/Thor Sor and Thor Sor Endorsement Forms.
The Committee has amended the endorsement to fire policy and residential fire insurance policy (Or Khor/
Thor Sor and Thor Sor Endorsement Forms) to be in line with current situation which has changed a lot. Most of the
clauses in these endorsements became outdated. It also found that the endorsements on catastrophe insurance
and fire insurance policy or property insurance policy are related. The Committee therefore discussed the matter
with the representatives from the Office of Insurance Commission and decided to make such improvement and

amendment to the existing endorsements and draft a new one.
