            Logistics Committee



            1. Preparing Logistic Service Provider’s Liability Insurance Policy
                  The Committee has prepared a logistic service provider’s liability insurance policy wordings that includes a
            coverage against any loss or damage that occurred from transportation, warehouse, packing, re-packing, unstuffing

            and others that the insured are liable.


            2. Assigning Representatives to Attend Seminars Organized by Other Agencies
                  The Committee assigned representatives to attend seminars organized by government and private agencies
            in order to promote, support and develop marine insurance and logistic businesses and to prepare for the
            approaching of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015, such as the Marine Department, the Ministry of
            Communications, the Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce, the Transport and Maritime
            Legal Institution Project, the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University and the Board of Trade of Thailand.


            3. Publishing Book Containing the Marine Insurance and Logistics Contexts.
                  The Committee has published a book, containing the Marine Insurance and Logistics Contexts.

                     Act, B.E. 2548, third edition.

            4. Joining the 9  Thailand International Logistics Fair 2012
                  The Committee and the Office of Insurance Commission jointly organized the 9  Thailand International
                                                                                      th
            Logistics Fair 2012 between September 19-22, 2011 at the BITEC Bang Na Exhibition Center by preparing the
            brochure to publicize insurance coverage from upstream to downstream and to join a panel discussion on
            “Comprehensive Insurance Services”.


            5. Joining the World Maritime Day and Panel Discussion on World Maritime Day 2011.
                  Joined the World Maritime Day: “IMO: One hundred years after the Titanic” or “100 Years Titanic: One the
            Path to Maritime Safety”, organized on September 26, 2011 at Laem Chabung Port’s Club House, Cholburi Province.
