10. Team Building: Working Together toward New Strategy of TGIA
Thai General Insurance Association had organized a staff seminar under a theme of Team Building:
Working Together toward New Strategy of TGIA, during September 12-13, 2015, at the Kieng Talay Resort,
Rayong. The seminar was to make TGIA staff understand and aware of the TGIA core values; to understand
quality team working; to ensure the staff’s good working attitude taking into consideration common target and
success; and to enable the staff to work efficiently with others by accepting differences of idea and capability.

11. The 2 Insurance Association Sport Competitions
Thai General Insurance Association and The Thai Life Assurance Association jointly organized the 2 nd
Insurance Association Sport Competitions on November 26, 2015, at the Polo Football Park, Soi Polo, aiming
to promote unity, team work, and physical and mental health of staff. In addition, the sport competitions also
fostered inter-organizational relationship, leading to news and information exchange and/ dissemination which
would benefit everyone’s work.

12. Performance Report of Insurance Public Relation Club (IPR Club)
12.1 IPR Club “We”…..Glad to Meet You
IPR Club hosted an IPR Club “We”…Glad to Meet You party to build up relationships between staff in
public relation and/or corporate communications departments of member companies and mass media and to

give the opportunity to PR staff of every company to get to know the mass media people more for further corporate
communications. The party was held on July 24, 2015, at Season Change restaurant, Soi Ratchadaphisek 18.
12.2 Public Relation Makeover in Digital PR Era
IPR Club organized a seminar in “Public Relation Makeover in Digital PR Era,” to offer a new perspective
in using digital media to promote insurance business rightly and to learn how to handle and mange corporate
crisis properly, having a team of speakers from the CJ Work Company Limited, on October 27, 2015, at a
meeting room of Thai General Insurance Association.

13. Insurance Member Club
Insurance Member Club had organized several sports and recreation activities to promote good health
and unity as well as to promote good relationship among members for a business cooperation purpose, as
follows:
13.1 Insurance Bowling Tournament
The 9 Insurance Bowling Tournament was held on June 7, 2015, at the S.F. Strike Bowl, M.B.K. Center.

117 bowlers joined the tournament.
13.2 Basic Social Dance Training Course
The Basic Social Dance Training Course - Class 6 had been held, for good health, twice a week, on
Tuesday and Thursday, from 6.00 - 8.00 p.m., at a meeting room of Thai General Insurance Association. The
course took 20 days, starting from Tuesday 14 , July 2015 – Friday 25 , October, 2015, having 46 participants

in total.
13.3 Arts and handcrafts Training course
The Art and Handcrafts Training Course - Class 7 (for 5 activities) had been conducted during July
to November, 2015, from 6.00 – 8.00 p.m., at a meeting room of Thai General Insurance Association. Total
participants was 150 persons.
