Thailand on December 8, 2011 at the Montien Riverside Hotel, Rama 3 Rd., Bangkok.
3.7 Joined a meeting on December 8, 2011 to consider using the information in the database of business
operations, affected by the flood in 2011 as the basis for providing assistance to those businesses under the
“Credits for Rehabilitation of SMEs operation 2011 Project”.
3.8 Joined the activities of the “Manufacturing Industrial Rehabilitation after the Flood Disaster” METALEX

2001 and a panel discussion on “Flood-Related Insurance” held between December 21-24, 2011 at the BITEC
Bang Na Exhibition Center, Bangkok.

4. Attending the 26 East Asian Insurance Congress (EAIC) Executive Board Meeting

Mr. Natdanai Indrasukhsri, the Vice President of the General Insurance Association attended the 26 East

Asian Insurance Congress (EAIC) Executive Board Meeting between October 24-25, 2011 in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.

5. The 37 ASEAN Insurance Council Meeting

Mr. Jiraphant Asvatanakul, President Mr. Oran Vongsuraphichet, Deputy Secretary General and
Ms. Kalaya Jukhom, Insurance Technical Department Manager represented the General Insurance Association to
attend the 37 ASEAN Insurance Council Meeting at the Marina Mandarin Hotel, Singapore.

6. Social Activities
6.1 The General Insurance Association set up the “Southern Flood Relief Center” to accept donations
from member companies to help people in the southern provinces. The General Insurance Association also
assigned representatives to travel to the southern provinces with officials from the Office of Insurance
Commission (OIC) to provide 1200 relief packages in Surat Thani and Krabi provinces between April 8-11, 2011.
