2)  The Board of Trade of Thailand: The General Insurance Association attended a consultation meeting
            with the Board of Thailand and other agencies to discuss the plan to set up the Service Business Committee
            2011-2013. This responsibility of this committee is to monitor the progress of the liberalization of service business
            and to coordinate with private and government agencies in negotiation process as well as to propose solutions to
            problems.
                  3)  The Department of Business Development: The General Insurance Association attended a seminar,

            organized by the Department of Business Development to exchange opinions on the result of the feasibility study
            on the management and linking of business information within the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
                  The General Insurance Association also met with several other trade associations in order to exchange
            views and directions of these associations in the preparation for the AEC.
                  4)  The Fiscal Policy Office: The General Insurance Association attended a meeting organized by the
            Fiscal Policy Office which is the main agency that oversees the liberalization of financial market. The meeting
            considered the preparation of the Thailand’s “Request List” and the “Offer List” with other countries under the
            framework of Thailand-Chila FTA and Financial Service on ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services( AFAS)



                  7.2  The Preparation of Insurance Business for Free Trade Agreement
                  The FTA Working Group has invited involved agencies such as the Fiscal Policy Office, the Revenue
            Department, the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission to
            be members of the FTA Working Group whose main responsibilities include the preparation of insurance business
            for the free trade agreement.
