(2) Calculating loss costs of fire insurance, including natural perils;
(3) Reviewing reference loss costs of non-life insurance 2013-2015 by using database of 2008-2012
accident years for the discussion between Thai General Insurance Association and Office of Insurance
Commission, including:
Reference loss costs of fire insurance in 2013-2015,
Reference loss costs of industrial all risk insurance in 2013-2015,
Reference loss costs of voluntary motor insurance in 2013-2015;
(4) Analyzing loss ratio of compulsory motor insurance in accordance to the Ministerial Regulation on
Damage Entitled to Preliminary Compensation, Amount of Preliminary Compensation, and Requesting
for Preliminary Compensation and Preliminary Compensation Payment (No. 2) B.E. 2557;
(5) Calculating loss costs and appropriate premium rates under Supercar insurance policy;
(6) Analyzing loss costs of motor insurance for different types of motor vehicles, including Towing Motor
Vehicle Code 420, Commercial Passenger Car Code 220, Commercial Truck Code 320 and
Commercial Trailer Code 520;
(7) Proposing proper calculation of wages for car repairs;
(8) Developing the Project of Insurance Bureau System in cooperation with Office of Insurance Commission.
2. Information Service for Members
(1) Preparing reports on types of insurance on the information service system;
(2) Preparing reports for insurance companies, such as IPRB Market Intelligence Report, IPRB Market
Ranking Report, and preparing insurance articles for Insurance Journals.
3. Improvement of IT System in Cooperation with Thai General Insurance Association
(1) Developing applications for Car Price List and Standard Prices for Car Repair;
(2) Improving website of Thai General Insurance Association.
In addition, in 2014, IPRB participated in knowledge sharing with related organizations aboard by joining a
seminar of insurance ratemaking among 7 countries in Asia; including, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia,
Thailand, India, and China, in The Insurance Information and Ratemaking Forum of Asia (IIRFA), being held in Taiwan.

15. Performance Report of the Insurance Member Club
The Insurance Member Club had organized several sports and recreation activities to promote good health
and unity as well as to promote good relationship among members to enhance businesses cooperation as follows:
15.1 Insurance Bowling Tournament
The 8 Insurance Bowling Tournament was held on June 7, 2014 at S.F. Strike Bowl, MBK Center. 120 bowl-

15.2 Insurance Futsal Tournament

The 5 Insurance Futsal Tournament, to win the trophy of the HRH Princess Somsowali, was held on August
23-24 and 30-31, 2014 at the Sport Center in Honor of the 72 Birthday. There were 36 teams participating in the

tournament with 432 players in total.
15.3 7-men Football Tournament

The 5 7-men Football Tournament, male and senior-executive teams, to win the trophy of HRH Princess
Somsawali, was held on November 8-9 and 15-16, 2014 at the Dhupateme Royal Thai Air Force Sports Stadium.
There were 38 male teams, 570 players in total, and 16 senior-executive teams, 240 players in total, participating in
the tournament. Total number of players was 810 persons.
15.4 Arts and handcrafts training course
An art and handcrafts training course (Class 4-6), were conducted respectively in July and October, 2014
and February, 2015 at Meeting Room 221, 2 Fl., Building 2 of Thai General Insurance Association. Total

participants was 120 persons.
15.5 Activity for Insurance Member Club’s Families
An “Im-boon Im-Jai” (Full of Merits - Full of Delight) field trip was held to bring Insurance Member Club’s
families to Paet Rio, during December 20-21, 2014, (Bangkok-Chachoengsao). Total Participants of 40 persons.
15.6 Insurance Badminton Tournament

The 7 Insurance Badminton Tournament featuring double male, double female, mixed double, and double
senior male (50 up) was held on March 7, 2015 at the Sports Stadium, Kasetsart University (Bang Khen campus).
