1. Filing for Approval on Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause
                     The Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee had filed for an approval in principle the Sanction
               Limitation and Exclusion Clause and the Insurance Commissioner has approved in principle the use of the clause
               on the “File and Use” basis. So far, 54 insurance companies have filed for the approval of the wordings of the
               clause and have been approved by the Insurance Commissioner.



               2. Publishing A Book on International Cargo Insurance Under Comparative Cargo Insurance
               Clause

                     The Marine Insurance and Logistics Committee has published 1000 copies of a book on international
               cargo insurance under comparative cargo insurance clause to be distributed and used as reference to member
               companies. The book which contains the ISBN number to be sold in university’s book centers is also available for
               the interesting public.


               3. Publishing a book on General Average and Salvage
                     The Committee published 1,000 volumes of a book on General Average and added a content on salvage
               to make the book more complete. The books will be distributed to member companies for use as reference in
               their marine and logistics insurance operation. The book which contains the ISBN number to be sold in

               university’s book centers is also available for the interesting public.


               4. Publishing a Book From Institute Time Clauses-Hulls
                     The Committee is in the process of preparing the publication of a book based on the Institute Time Clauses-
               Hulls 1983 in and some part of the Institute Time Clauses-Hulls in Thai language.
